Meet Doug Jones
Doug Wynn, founder of Wynn Wealth Management, grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, where his interest in helping others reach their financial goals began. After completing his degree, he joined Sterling Financial Group and advanced into leadership roles, serving as Manager, Vice President, and eventually an Owner.
Doug later sold his ownership interest to establish Wynn Wealth Management, creating a firm that reflected his approach to comprehensive, personalized financial guidance.
Since 1994, Doug has helped clients across the country navigate their financial decisions. His experience spans income planning, life insurance, retirement strategies, long-term care, Social Security, and tax advisory services. He takes time to evaluate each client’s options and develop recommendations suited to their goals, approaching their portfolios with the care and attention he gives his own.
Doug has also taught financial planning workshops nationwide, helping people understand complex topics and put that knowledge into practice. His thoughtful approach and commitment to lasting relationships are central to the way he serves his clients.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors. Staying active is an important part of his routine, and he enjoys reading biographies and keeping up with developments in finance. Above all, he values time with his wife, their three children, and one grandchild.

Built Around the Way We Believe Financial Advice Should Feel
At Wynn Wealth Management, financial planning starts with understanding you. Your priorities, your family, and the future you envision. We take time to listen, explain your options, and develop recommendations that reflect your circumstances.
Four principles shape our approach: accountability, listening, attention to detail, and honesty.
Accountability
A financial plan becomes more valuable when there is an ongoing process around it.
Listening
A financial plan becomes more valuable when there is an ongoing process around it.
Detail
Important financial decisions deserve careful attention and thoughtful discussion.
Honesty
Clear conversations matter especially when financial decisions involve uncertainty, tradeoffs, and risk.
